Boise State vs. Virginia Tech @ FedEx Field in Landover, MD I feel this Broncos team is loaded this season with 20 of 22 starters returning from a team that went 14-0 last year. including a Heisman candidate in junior southpaw quarterback Kellen Moore. Last season Moore threw for 39 touchdowns with only 3 picks, and with a deep offensive line returning I look for the Broncos to surpass last years totals that saw them rank 10th in total yards, and 1st in points scored. While defensively I can see Boise State being a dominating force once again with 10 returning starters off a squad that produced 39 turnovers and ranked 14th in both total yards and points allowed. Plus throw in the fact that the Hokies come into this game a little banged with their inexperienced defense makes for a highly recommended play on Boise State in this spot here tonight.

Sharp Money play of the week goes here as all and I mean all the sharp money has come in big time on the Pirates in this spot. East Carolina way have been decimated by graduation on both sides of the ball. However last years backups have looked sharp in practice this spring. So let's jump on the Home dog Pirates in this spot here today. - Golden Hurricane are 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 road games. - - Pirates are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 conference games. -

Sharps all over the Wildcats here as the Bruins are beat up big time up front on their offensive line. Only one returning starter returns form last season as right tackle Mike Harris is starting the season on a suspension, Junior left guard Jeff Baca lost his appeal, Starting right guard Eddie Williams, a senior, is out because of a concussion, and most importantly center Kai Maiava suffered a fractured left ankle during Saturday afternoon's scrimmage. Plus to top all this out now quarterback Kevin Prince is still bothered by a recurring oblique strain that limits his throwing ability. Also throw in the fact that UCLA is implementing a new offensive scheme. and I just can't see them coming with a top effort here on the road in this spot. Sharps are all over the Wildcats for all these obvious reasons.

Two things make me believe the Buffalo's come away with the blowout win here today. First off I can't see the Rams matching the speed that Colorado will bring to this game. And with revenge on their minds I can't see the stronger Colorado squad letting up in this spot. While offensively the Rams have looked out of sink this spring which won't make things any easier here as they ranked 104 overall in total yards, and 114 in rushing yards. Plus will be returning just 4 starters on offense, and will be breaking in a new QB. Trend of the game - Rams are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games on grass.

This game has blowout written all over it as the Tigers have the perfect combination to dominate an inferior foe with a solid rushing attack, and a strong defense. And today's opponent the Mean Green of North Texas loves to take the money in these non conference early season games and get pounded. In their last 3 openers on the road against top notch teams North Texas have been outscored 161-23. Look for more of the same here as Clemson pounds the ball and destroys this undermanned team as the game progresses.

Just can't see the Badgers not winning by 30 here against this Rebels defensive unit that allowed 33 points and 460 yards a game during last years 3-8 ATS campaign. Wisconsin returns 10 starters on offense including senior quarterback Scott Tolzien who threw for 16 touchdowns and 2,700 yards completing 64% of his passes. Tolzien will definitely be helped by 3 first team all Big Ten players in Tackle Gabe Carimi, Guard John Moffitt, and running back John Clay. This offense ranked 3rd in rushing yards with 204 yards a game and I can see them wearing down this very thin UNLV front 7 that ranked 112th in the nation against the run last year. The Badgers score early and often making them the solid release in this spot tonight.

With both teams going with a spread offense I look for the air to be full of footballs all day long making for a high scoring game and a solid release on the Over in this spot. First off I look for the Boilermakers lead by Miami transfer Robert Marve to have a big day against a very average at best pass defense that ranked 76th in the FBS last season. New defensive coordinator Bob Diaco from Cincinnati is putting in the 3-4 scheme at Notre Dame and when a team changes it's defense it always takes a while for them to get used to the new coverages, and makes for some wide open receivers, and some big scoring plays. While Under new head coach Brian Kelly the Irish offense will also open things up with Dayne Crist doing the signal calling. Crist is perfect to be running the spread offense and with WR Michael Floyd and TE Kyle Rudolph being open all game long I can see the Irish also putting up a big number on the scoreboard here today.
